Please note that returns of faulty items can only be dealt with by way of a return to the manufacturer for repair. New replacement units can not be sent out from stock unfortunately. This means that should the item develop a fault, it must be returned to the manufacturer and they will repair the unit. Where possible we will provide a loan item to cover this period of repair, however this service may not always be available and requires a deposit to be paid which is refundable upon return of the loan item. Customers should only purchase this product if this procedure is understood and accepted.
